Reiki session is offered to a fully clothed recipient who is lying on a treatment table or sitting comfortably supported in a chair. Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch or hands just off the body on a series of locations. Additional placements on the limbs may be done as needed. You may feel warmth or tingling during your session and/or very relaxed.
